Puppy Beginnings is designed for puppies under 5 months of age. Class will provide the new owners with the knowledge to create a foundation for their puppies to grow and adapt in their new surroundings. We cover housebreaking, puppy manners, socialization, handling skills and confidence building in an entertaining and positive environment. Class is on a rotating schedule so you can join us at any time.
Basic Obedience Class
Our Basic Obedience dog training classes are designed to teach owners to teach their dogs basic obedience commands. We have created a fun approach to learning commands using games that improve focus. We work on creating a bond as well as gaining respect from your dog. This is an 6-week long class held once a week in the evenings.
“We just completed our class at Homestead Dogs. We had so much fun and our dogs loved it too. Amy taught us how to work with our dogs on basic commands that just make life easier and better for families with dogs. Now it is up to us to keep practicing with our dogs. Amy is an excellent teacher.”
